1. About Wine Sphere

Wine Sphere (www.wine-sphere.com) is an online platform connecting professionals of the wine industry: candidates looking for jobs (harvest, cellar, viticulture, sales, export…) and recruiters (estates, wineries, companies) publishing job offers. Wine Sphere is an intermediation platform: it is neither an employer, nor a recruitment agency, nor a party to any employment contract concluded between users.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with them, do not use the platform.

3. Accounts

• You must be of legal working age in your country to create an account.
• The information you provide must be accurate, current and truthful.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you publish (profile, CV, job offers, messages, community posts). By publishing it, you grant Wine Sphere a non-exclusive license to host and display this content for the operation of the platform.

The following content is prohibited:

• False, misleading or fraudulent job offers or profiles;
• Discriminatory, hateful, defamatory or illegal content;
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, scraping or automated harvesting of data;
• Content infringing third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy).

Job offers and availability cards are subject to moderation before publication. Wine Sphere may remove any content and suspend or delete any account violating these terms, without prior notice in serious cases.

5. Recruiter obligations

• Publish only genuine, currently open positions;
• Comply with applicable labor law, including regulations on seasonal work and internships;
• Do not discriminate in hiring;
• Use candidate data (CVs, contact details) solely for recruitment purposes related to the published offer.

6. Pricing

During the early access period, all features are free. Paid plans for recruiters may be introduced later; prices and features will be displayed on the pricing page before any payment is requested. No fee is ever charged to candidates.

7. Liability

Wine Sphere puts users in contact but does not guarantee the conclusion of any contract, the quality or legality of offers, or the accuracy of profiles. Users contract under their sole responsibility. The platform is provided “as is”; we strive for maximum availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings (this permanently erases your data — see the Privacy Policy). Wine Sphere may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Wine Sphere name, logo, design and code are the property of the publisher. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

10. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; significant changes will be announced on the platform. They are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent French courts.
